The ascendant in your chart is in Via Combusta (15 deg Libra to 15 deg Scorpio). Also, saturn is in close proximity to the ASC. From what I read, it represents worry/anxiety in the querent's state of mind. I'm not sure if it's irradical, though. If the moon was in VC, it would invaidate the chart but in this case, it's the AC so I'm not so sure.

Questions with ''ever'' are not ideal for horray, anyway, you are Mars, Study and Abroad, are Moon, there is an inconjunct, but they are not really used, so for now i'd say, No, but mind , you can ask again in a few months time, 3 to 6.

@Tofu - what about both planets being in exaltation? Can that help bolster the semi-sextile even though its a minor aspect?

Also, I believe the ASC being in VC is okay. From what I have read (thus far) its just the moon that is considered.

In regards to the Saturn, @Lunae, did you happen to do any googling? I'd love to read more - i.e. anything about the orb of Saturn in horary?

Thus far, I've found that Saturn often gives us insight into the chart - here, I feel that perhaps @whitewitch has not told many of her plans yet to study abroad. Sometimes Pluto also gives hints, too - here I'd ask if it had something to do with money or your own resources, perhaps not enough money to go quite yet?

Hope this is helpful @whitewitch - HUG!

Whoooops, my bad! I did read though about Saturn conjunct the AC in the 1st house. I thought the same would apply if it's in the 12th, conjuncting the first. Apparently, I have found none lol

Thanks for the heads up

^ I've actually heard the same in regards to the conjunction, but didn't know what the orb would be - hence the question...

Also, I realized in thinking about career, because Saturn is important to look at it as the 10th in the 12th and saw this...

Ruler of the Tenth House in the Twelfth House

Your main career may have an element of working behind-the- scenes or could have some other kind of hidden quality to it.
Your career may involve working in large public institutions or helping other people altruistically. It might even be connected to the psychological fields. Some of your personal power is not readily perceived by other people, or you may just prefer to keep it to yourself.

Minor aspects really don't count in horary, only the major ones, Conjunction, Sextile, Trine , Square and Opposition.

Orbs are an ongoing debate, most use 5 degrees, some only 3.
