Due to unforeseen circumstances - living in south europe and therefor being screwed by the EU- I may need to relocate in order to find work, or just better living conditions. Everyone I know is currently thinking of that scenario so I thought of asking an horary question to see if I will move to another country to live and work. I can see the ascendant ruler in the 10th house making a trine with saturn in the 6th while squaring Jupiter in the 12th. I would explain it as a no since Jupiter is the foreign countries planet, and Saturn showing conservatism and not taking risks?

No, Mercury (you=ASC=Gemini) is trine Saturn (foreign travel=9H=Aquarius) 2 counts.

You go by the sign in the houses in the chart, not the 'normal' ruler of the house.
