Hi  What would you make as these as advice? Feeling a block in reading my own cards again:
Asked if the cards would advice me to do sometjing in regards to a sociaal event. Answer:
8 wands - temperance reversed - 4 swords reversed.
Is it a 'yes, let your hair down and indulge?' Or a 'No, this is going to wear you out and tire you. Plus: don't expect to sleep much!'
(It is in regards to staying there overnight, lol) Edit: I think it might actually be referring to the fact I have made no arrangements for this yet and I should that first... Otherwise there is no staying overnight at all (4 swords RX). IP: Logged |

Have another cool one to share. I love using tarot in finding my items. Want to try a guess?
So I lost/misplaced an item and asked: Aar! Can't find this, where should I look?? Received Judgement RX.
I went like: ehmmm...okay, I have a clue now. Can it be a little more specific? Received 7 cups RX. Lol. Actually really funny and spot on... Want to try to see if you can guess where it was (I already found it). I use RW which I think is important for these guesses IP: Logged |

No. It took a month to get here by mail, lol. I already read somewhere that it does happen with ordering cards from overseas cause they then consider it as 'rare' items.
Sucks a bit! Happy when I have them though. I can then start the full rituals to adjust them to my energy, lol. IP: Logged |

Lol, yes, I do normally, but it saved cash to order them from the US (and I ordered an extra book) which was all so much cheaper...

Still don't know the meaning of the 8 of wands here. Possibly just the refferal to subject (short trip). I took the other two as a 'no' though. 4 of swords rx definitely suggested quite literal a 'no resting place'.
So it would have sounded like: "In regards to you short trip we, the cards, would like to advice you against these unbalancing activities with alcohol abuse and the lot (and really, you do know you dislike camping and it was never a match). Let go of this idea and do find another place to sleep. End of message."
Something like that, lol.

Did you ask if you should go, or initiate this? It seems there will be some imbalance regarding your energy/motivation in general. I don't think this will leave you with much energy/satisfaction, so I would have to say no. Could also be telling you to slow down, or you risk burning out.

It already was arranged and I asked if I should stay the night there too. I had to be there, but decided to sleep at home. The event took place yesterday, day and night. Still really tired, but would have been horribly exhausted if I would have slept there. So I think I slightly controlled the damage.
EDIT: Ah! I get it! 8 wands + temperance rx = basically TOO MUCH (loss of energy!)

Cool. I now know that if I read for myself 8 wands shows up as my energy (levels). Important to me cause they can fluctuate greatly cause of thyroid imbalance.

Can I trade my "reading from Empress"-card? I'm mostly looking for guidance. I'm still juggling too many things around for something to quickly materialise and spin me in new directions and it's annoying me.
Question. What do the cards advice me to focus on in order to create (the best possible) stability/ground for a new life from which I can build on (in an upwards spiral)?
Rephrase if you need. Might be too big a question.
And I know you are busy. No hurry whatsoever.

Lol, ok Twirl. I'll try to rephrase that . I will try Lenormand instead of Tarot.Have you noticed when you ask, "How does x feels about me?" It always just mostly describes how the person VIEWS you? Every time I ask that question it turns out the cards describe the subject's personality in the quesited's eyes. Does it happen to you? Let's experiment with that . I always ask my deck for "How does X feels" and "How does X think of me?" Emphasising on the differences in mind and heart. Therefore feelings do tend to fluctuate a lot...
Ehm... Let me see... I don't really have someone in mind that I could verify, but I would have a general idea of it was correct. In that case: How does J. feel about me now? If you can put the "think of me (as in view) for a second question it must give a distinct difference. Or so I expect

Hey, Okay... For feelings: yes, still passion and feelings there for you (quite deep also!), but they are very complicated and still tied very much to your shared history. So all the good and bad between you he still holds onto and are tied to his current feelings. Probably very hard to let you go for him, but also most likely very complicated to make it work. Even though I assume that is a deeper wish of him. Worries are tied to that and that's why his feelings of passion aren't of a light hearted passionate nature. All feels very heavy and complex. He also feels the responsibility and has the wish to take care of you (and his children I assume).
Cards: 10 of wands. I normally just draw one. To be sure of my interpretation I drew an extra: queen of cups. Now for how he thinks of you: out of reach, difficult to approach, doesn't really get what is going on inside you, probably thinks you are happier/better of on your own.
(Card: The Hermit) Now to make it complete for you, I asked what his wish for you and him was in the future. And I think he wants another chance/start over/build a new solid ground together. It's the ace though... So for now he still wants a chance first/a let's see if it can work.
(Card: Ace of Pentacles) -end of reading-
I think I understand what you mean of also getting 'a how he views' the situation, but I think that's normal, because it's connected to feelings (and thus deepest wishes). But still, it's just the feeling department and how that effects his view.
PS: Lenormand is probably going to tell me to spend less time online, lol.

Ahhh HA! You see? THIS is the one that describes me in his eyes. We were discussing some readings the other day just for fun, and I asked how he felt about me (in front of him) and The Hermit was the main card. He feels like I'm aloof, and distant..that I always stay home, I don't go out, I don't socialize.. Of course we both knew that's the 100% truth! Lol . For feelings with 10 of Wands I believe he feels I'm stressed out (not what he feels about me - as in his feelings - true emotions of the matter) I believe the questions need to be rephrased to something else other than, "How does x feels about me?" because it will just show you how that person views you in their eyes instead of "romantic" feelings or whatever. It's just describing me as a person in his eyes  Even when I ask for others, it will show something completely different.
