I received:
9 pents RX - World - knight pents.

So I took it as a no (9 pents RX), but I'm assuming they will keep this person in their files for if something else will come up, that they think might suit.

Like in the starting/seeing overall picture phase and either working on a part of that project (or having others that will that care of the details). Marketing, commercial side, that kind of thing.

That's my impression for now. The sensitive, being in touch with feelings side of the King of Cups would be something he (secretly takes an interest in), but isn't quite there yet himself. It feels like 'new' or 'different' for him. He seems more 'sensitive' to outward appearance so to speak. Or would be impressed by things like that.

The 2 of cups and 9 of Pentacles together are giving me a hard time because they are so different from each other unless it means a "rich/satisfying" (9 of Pentacles) relationship with someone (2 of Cups)

I didn't really ask a love question. Just asked how a transit (it seems the transit is finishing up, but I'm not sure about rx) will affect me now. Hmm..

If anything, I feel this transit made you even more determined & really mastering any distractions in moving forward towards your personal goals. It even feels like you took/are taking control of inner dualities/doubts over direction etc. even more than before & you integrated these opposing parts into yourself now (Chariot (controlling the sphinxes) + 2 cups (making the opposing parts become one) ). So you seem to be coming to terms with something and this is leaving you much more satisfied/contented then before. Giving you a new sense of independence.
If it actually is referring to an actual love interest/love, it feels as if this would be the topic. Not an actual meeting or a get together. Especially since the other two cards are more ‘single cards’ to me. So the two cups might be ‘the bump in the road’ (emotion wise). But you took it/will take it & seems to have much more clarity in regards to it/some lover. Might even be, you are for sure seeing you are better of without this person. So again, fears/anxieties/etc. felt in regards to love/love interest is controlled and doesn’t affect your sense of safety, nor throws you of balance. You are standing strong on your both two feet, knowing what you want and how you will get it. No going for lesser options.

That's my two takes on it.

I apply elemental dignities to my readings, so the 6 of Cups is weakened by the 3 of Wands.
