this chart is strikingly similar to my bf... he as 5 planets in aqua and 6 planets in pisces, including the mars, and they all go around as yours do in a cluster in the lower houses. and you have the mars 'hidden' in the 12th and he has a moon hidden in the 12th. i've often pondered his chart and wondered what type of partner he'd gel w/because i don't feel like the right one at times. despite so many aqua placements and your aqua moon - which can be very rebellious against commitment and settling down - i would think that you'd be drawn to (and suited to) a person with a heavy water influence in their chart, likely scorpio in some major planets, like the venus or sun, and perhaps someone with aqua in their mars or mercury. pisces, for whatever reason, seems to dominate the native in a chart, even when there is a lot of air, as you have. there is just so much depth emotionally to the pisces sign that it gets lost in emotional swirls and needs a partner who can understand that, and relate gently, especially when it comes to sex/romance. harsher signs, like the fire ones, will just not get you and might even make you feel used. w/your venus and sun in pisces you're going to want romance/love more than most, as those signs are housed in your 5th. plus, you have that venus-ruled libra ascendant, so finding a partner who 'hits' your 5th house (perhaps with their moon or mars) would be ideal. the libra mars (which i have as well) can be fierce :-) it's competitive and will fight for what it wants - especially since it's housed in your 12th house, i'd look for a partner who will understand that placement, and those would be someone w/a mars in an fire/air sign; a water sign (despite your many water placements) has a hard time understanding how an air sign 'fights' so there could be some issues there if your partner has a water mars. an aqua mars would be great, because it could potentially conjunct your moon and feed the male-female energy in your partnership. you might also want an aspect to your saturn from a potential mate, even somone with with some virgo (pisces' opposite sign) would help stabilize your pisces placements and provide a bit of 'opposites attract' chemistry. just opinions... good luck :-)
