Hi guys!(and yes, the title is a reference to the song by Adele--LOL)
I'm currently getting a MA in publishing from a good school. I've been trying to get into publishing since I 2006--when I graduated with my BA.
I wandered to special education/early childhood although that was not the intent at all--but I did well there and really loved the kids!
Now, I am graduating with this MA in May. I am proud of myself for getting an advanced degree, but I STILL don't have one iota of experience in the field despite seventy plus application in the last year and a half.
So, I'm wandering if I'm just chasing this. Working in a field of your choice just should n't be this hard. And everyone around me is on their 2 job in publishing--while I've yet to work in general for almost two years.
So, can anyone point out anything that may be going on--or that they see? Feel free!
Thanks in advance for your time and for reading of course! :-)
