The nice aspects definitely look nice but both moons are unaspected and the Mercury/NN conjunction makes me think they'll likely be more friends than anything, even if they do/did have sex.

What's stopping them from getting out of the friend zone?

Also, she's a libra asc which means her dsc is aries and therefore is likely to attract a lot of aries and/or firey men. Also her NN is in Libra which means her SN (past life, where your comfort zone is) is in aries. You'll need to post her natal to be able to delve into that more accurately, but those two reasons are the very likely reasons why she attracts them.
