I'm a novice with astrology and have been trying to understand my natal chart. There are some areas which I'd like to have a better understand. It seems my placement for Venus and Saturn is a horrible one. Wondering why I have such a hard time making friends, being happy with home and work life. I thought being an Aquarius would be great, but I feel too grounded and moody. If anyone would like to give me a better perspective of my chart, thank-you in advance: Astro.com: [IMG] http://postimg.org/image/ttff7yicr/ Grupovenus.com: Sun Aquarius 21° 23' in house 1 Moon Libra 9° 31' in house 8 Mercury Pisces 9° 29' in house 1 Venus Capricorn 25° 57' in house 12 Mars Taurus 20° 55' in house 3 Jupiter Aquarius 23° 48' in house 1 Saturn Gemini 28° 3' in house 5 Uranus Libra 27° 44' in house 9 Neptune Sagittarius 9° 22' in house 10 Pluto Libra 6° 32' in house 8 Ascendant Aquarius 5° 25' in house 1 Midheaven Scorpio 22° 8' in house 10 Node True Sagittarius 27° 0' in house 11 2 Pisces 16° 29' in house 2 3 Aries 23° 18' in house 3 4 Taurus 22° 8' in house 4 5 Gemini 16° 2' in house 5 6 Cancer 8° 57' in house 6

being an aqua doesn't equal being happy and outgoing :-) aquas often have a unique outward nature that tends to make others shy away before getting to know how brilliant an aqua really is. being a double aqua you're likely quite smart/forward-thinking and you do have a chart with a significant amount of air, very little fire/water/earth. pehaps you're just living in your head too much and not interacting with people enough? that could happen with people who have a lot of air in their charts. your saturn and venus are not in bad spots... they might just be challenge points that you'll need to be aware of. anything positioned in the 12th house is considered 'hidden.' sometimes the energy is there but does not express itself as someone with the same position in another house might express it ( for example venus in capricorn in the 9th). a person with a placement in another house might 'be' more like the sign while someone with a 12th house planet placements might fight against that energy and only show it to very few, close friends. for example, my bf has his leo moon in the 12th. typically, leo moons are very lving/giving/generous/romantic... he is rarely that way. he takes on characteristics of another sign in his chart more (his mars) and seems to identify with it more closely. so, perhaps you will 'feel' like another sign in your chart more and not identify with that cap venus much. the 5th house = fun/romance/relationships/dating/games, etc. and saturn = restrictive, so a saturn placement in the 5th might mean putting 'fun' restrictions on yourself and not enjoying yourself as much as you'd like. it could lead to some degree of pickiness and being selective when it comes to people/relationships you surround yourself with. not a problem if you relaize that and take measures to allow yourself more fun activities/time. if you look at your chart itself the aspects are mainly trines and some squares - no major oppositions to personal planets that would be more challenging. if you're feeling moody and unhappy it might actually be that mercury in pisces - any major planet in pisces can be prone to moodiness and sadness and mercury in pisces tends to be very gentle and not forward anyway, so perhaps that, coupled with the saturn and venus placement(s) make for some sad feelings. just opinions :-)IP: Logged |

WOW! thanks for the insight and clarity! I didn't think to think what effect Merc in Pisces could have. I am very much prone to live in my head, tho' thinking having earth signs in venus/mars kept me grounded, maybe too grounded? Saturn is zapping the life out of me for sure then. I'm torn between being out going to being afraid of my own shadow I guess. Or very much lets wait and see with others? One thing I need to clarify. When they say my 1st house, as I'm see alot of, does that mean my first house is Aquarius or Aries? I have been told I have very little patience and a hard person to get to know/read. IP: Logged |

your first house is in aquarius, you have your ascendant in aquarius, your sun and jupiter in aquarius, and your mercury in pisces is also in your first house. your chart ruler = uranus.IP: Logged |
