Hey! Sorry for the slow reply, I've had some really weird experiences over the last couple of days and I didn't feel fit to read!

I ended up pulling quite a lot of cards so I won't write them all down, unless you want me to, and I'll just give you my interpretation.

I have the feeling that yes he probably is hiding something from you. Something has changed/ is changing that is out of his control and it makes him feel like he is in a precarious state of balance, maybe being torn in two different directions. I got a vibe of it being about work/ school, but I wondered if it's maybe you see him there most, do you? Or do you think that what he is hiding could be to do with school or work? I couldn't make my mind up. Whatever it is it's causing him some torment and he feels a bit like everything is crashing down. He feels quite down about it and he doesn't know what to do for the best but he is being strong about it. I don't doubt his feelings for you though, I could feel those throughout.

My advice is that when you think someone is hiding something from you it can be easy to fear the worst and run through all sorts of horrible scenarios in your head, when in reality these are based on nothing. I would try not to worry about it too much and let him open up in his own time, and until then keep an open mind. Just be wise about it, I guess I'm saying, and don't think the worst.

I felt very tense through that reading (the emotions coming fromg it, not me reading it), but perhaps I'm not on par. See if it makes any sense!
