Hi Tarot experts,

I would like some help here.I pulled the Devil card from the raider waite deck for the question "Is B in Contact with A?".I researched and found the answer to be a NO.Is this right.What is the exact meaning of this card relating to the question.Thanking you in advance.

even though, I am no tarot expert - the Devil card may often represent obsession/mental or physical addictions. Even lust.
I am guessing here that the people concerned are or were involved into a sexual relationship.

Yes, they might still be in contact because Devil is an obsessive card. You can't easily let go of this 'addiction' no matter how hard you try to. If it was reversed, then maybe I would have said no, or not as much anymore.

I would have said the same thing with Empress, that it's a yes. The card, apparently, describes their current situation/relationship.
