I'm not sure why he's hesitating, but I'm honestly fed up. I told him I will call the cops if I find him there tomorrow. I know moon is voc, but is there still hope that he will be out?

Ah! probably that's why you have the upper hand, according to this chart, he's stuck, whether that is intentional or unintentional, maybe you've got the upper hand because you have less baggage to clear to leave and start up on your own

He can easily leave and pay for everything & be fully independent. Even more than myself & he won't even have the kids to worry about. He'll be 100% free, lol.

He's a full time & after school teacher
