Anyone, please? Or better yet, does anyone agree that this synastry has no spark and has no potential to become a long and committed relationship?IP: Logged |

i'm more optimistic :-) the synastry definitely shows attraction aspects - although the orbs are very wide there is a conjunction both ways between sun-venus and also venus-mars. wide orbs, but there nonetheless. the angles are also quite close, which is favorable for long-term relationships, and there is a pisces moon almost exact to a ASC, which would indicate some degree of fatedness or ability to understand the partner without words. in many charts i've studied the cancer-scorpio match comes up very often, especially in the mars and moon placments and this couple has that in the mars - which would indicate a good ability to overcome disagreements and 'fight' similarly. assuming the birth times are correct, there are also good overlays to the 5th and 7th houses. the issue i see is that cap moon vs pisces moon (extrememly different love styles) - in a long-term relationship i think this would be the problem for the couple. these two moons are just vastly different and i cannot imagine they would make it long-term, especially since the pisces moon falls into the partners 12th IP: Logged |

Thank you for the input, starmoon! What you said about the love styles being very different is true. That may be the reason why I think that there is no spark. What do you think about the composite? IP: Logged |

I agree with starmoon on all accounts, except the partners pisces moon comments. Pisces moon and cap moon are sextiles after all. I also think the cap moon conj Neptune might soften up the cap moon and be more appealing to the pisces moon. As for pisces moon in 12, I don't think this would be much of a problem. Seeing as it pretty much sits on the ascendant. It also trines the Venus and Pluto eight house placements...I don't think these moons would be a problem at all. I believe the angles being so close as well is another good sign IP: Logged |

Saturn conjunct MC and pluto in 7th can sometimes indicate "serious/going steady" relationshipsIP: Logged |

Thank you, eyes and plutoprincess! Another question, I've read that the sun in the composite 6th means that the sun isn't happy in the 6th house, plus it's squaring Saturn. But then, it's close to the DSC sooooooo. What do you guys think?Oh, and is there a karmic connection? IP: Logged |

''For the fun aspects of a relationship, I suggest you check the 5th house rulers, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, yes, definitely for Jupiter to angles, luminaries, Venus or Mars. Some Jupiter aspects alone can make all the SAturn-work worth it. It just feels so good. For the partner-potential, look for 7th house activations (ruler of 7th house, aspects to DESC, aspects to planets IN 7th house - but they have to be aspcted, just having a planet floating around there is not enough; also look what your 7th house ruler is doing in HIS chart. Example: my DESC ruler is MErcury, I have noticed the aspects to THEIR Mercury are crucial. It is like I am meeting my relationship profile or need or whatever IN them). For close intimate, though neither romantic nor sexual, relationships, look for Moon and the 4th house. If you want it all, the "you want a love that consumes you" kind of thing, the deep soulsearing desire and intimacy you want to find a mutual aspect between one person`s 8th house (ruler or planets therein) to the ASC, 2nd house or 7th house, and even 4th house of the other person. If it is to the 5th house, it might be a torrid affair. Dynamic aspects between 5th and 8th house are a very heavy aphrodisiac. The Richard Burton/Liz Tayloer kind: his 8th house ruler was square her 5th house ruler, which was a Pluto-Venus-square at the same time.) If you want to know if it is more an attraction based on personality, about how the personal energies of two people fit, the luminaries and angles have to be in tight interaction. If it is more karmic, you will find way more aspects of Saturn, nodal axis, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, Chiron, maybe even Jupiter (Jupiter sort of brings the karma of expansion and joy) to personal planets, than interactions between Sun, Moon, ASC, MC, Mercury, Venus, Mars''

Well, I can see a South node conjuncts a mars and squares the sun, the other's SN conjuncts the ASC. No Saturn contacts however but composite NN is in the 8th. What can you make out of it? IP: Logged |

There are a loads of Saturn contacts. saturn/NN too. I don't like saturn-NN, it sucks in all the fun.Moon conjunct ASC. Who's Moon? NN sq Sun. You guys must feel quite comfortable being in each other's presence. The attraction aspects are pretty at wide orbs whereas the fated kinda aspects are tighter. But you have Jupiter aspects, I think it's better to have a Jupiter square than not to have him at all in a synastry because having him around is good IMHO. Moon trine Venus and Mars- definitely an attractive thing to have plus emotional. Sun conjunct venus, doesn't that represents perfect love or something? How is the communication channel like? Is it open? or not so open? IP: Logged |

I'm the moon. It seems that I have a lot of nodal contacts with his planets than I expected. No wonder there's a fated feel to it. We are comfortable with each other. He's a friend of mine. What can you say about SN conjunct mars and NN conjunct DSC? It seems that those are the most prominent nodal connections I see. IP: Logged |
