help me out here.... we've been dating for 2+ years and he has yet to say 'i like you' - unbelievable I know :-( he cannot even say 'happy birthday.' he's almost 50 and never married/no kids. i'm 38. i ask here and there for affirmation of affection and all he is ever says is 'i am with you aren't i' and 'don't my actions show you anything.' they do, but I want words. really nice guy but has serious issues with emotion. he told me the other day he feels a deep spiritual and physical bond with me but not an emotional one. we like each other a lot and were friends before dating, but are on the verge of splitting. i just don't understand how to reach this guy??? he says he feels like there is still a wall up between us even after all this time and I feel the same. i want it to work and he does too, but we cannot seem to 'get' each other. is it doomed? i included the synastry and composite. i'm on the outside.
