Does this mean I SHOULDN'T?

I got 7 of Swords...the liar/cheater card

so he isn't going to be a nice guy after all?

or if I asked for timing specifically then should I disregard the general meaning of the 7 of Swords and just stick to the 7 months timing that the 7 of Swords means...?
