From a quick glance :
There are some nice conjunctions to each others DC and some typical "relationship" aspects. The house placements indicate strong sexual attraction.
Composite chart has sun in 7th, asc ruler conjunct 7th (the part of the chart were "I" becomes "us") and moon in 4th (feeling of closeness and comfort between each other) . These are some very convenient (easy) placements for every long-term relationship. Plus there's saturn in 10th house which adds some importance at to where this is heading.

i'm just a student of astrology too and learning all the time. you guys have the double sun/dsc. conjunction which is amazing (sun or moon conjunct dsc. often appears in married couples' charts), but there are no conjunctions between major planets (like sun/moon, venus/moon, mercury, etc.) - there are a few, but to outer planets. that's why I say it doesn't look lasting. imo you need conjunctions to personal planets for it to be lengthy :-) i'm not good at composites, but looked at it and everything looks well-placed there. the sun on the desc. and saturn is behaving :-)

Dear, I hope you're not looking for the man you're going to marry at this age, are you ?
It could develop to a nice relationship though, provided you give hime space and time (he may be scorpio but has strong sag. planets which make him quite unpredictable and hard to pin down.
Is the birthtime accurate?
I believe you should start as friends and see where it takes you. From what you've told us, its too soon to tell yet but its always a good sign that he kept up the conversation with you. I believe if he's interested he'll show it sooner or later ( Doesn't seem like a shy-guy from his chart).
Give him hints you're interested but not all in one go because you might bore him or scare him off. Let him initiate the talking and be ready to keep up a good conversation with him.
