I looked into the cards for you. I think you can conclude the interview went rather well. Did they already state they quite like to have you for the job?
For the outcome I received the 2 swords + emperor, so I’m expecting they will offer you a contract. I’m not sure it will be exactly the kind of offer you want money wise though.
As an extra on the job offer I also received The Chariot for you.

For the money situation: I’m not under the impression this is a bad paid job at all, because it will seemingly bring you a nice amount of money and enough to live on and you will feel content on a financial level.

Now the cards for if they will offer you more money (the amount you probably brought up/asked for): I am under the impression that at current moment they will not. I’m not sure why that is, I have the feeling that the people who can decide on that are either not there at the moment or they just do not want to look into it at this point in time. A certain ‘take it or leave it’-attitude behind the scenes. If you’ll push that, I think it can be a deal breaker.
I’m expecting them (if I am correct and you will get the offer) to bring up the salary topic and say something along the lines that a raise/more money might be possible once you have been longer into the job, because they would like to see what you can do first. If they are happy, more money is possible. The initial: ‘let’s first see how it goes now, right?’

I hope this resonates with you. Please keep me updated also on how it evolves.
Something else: when I drew the card for the money I saw the number 8. I have no clue what this means and just disregarded it, because I don’t put my cards down like this (and did not take it into consideration, because I did not understand), but if it does mean anything to you I would love to hear.

For the specific money question (will they offer more money) 4 swords showed up as a block (here also the 8, more of the infinite 8 showed before my internal eye). As a clarifier I received 2 cups reversed.
In addition I drew the Magician.

Hi andstuff,

I sat down for your cards.

First impression: knight of pentacles showed reversed to me (popped out of the deck). I took this as a significant card. Probably how you feel at the moment: not building towards anything sustainable in real life and feeling rather unbalanced about where you are actually going.

Then I put down a spread for you asking the question: Should andstuff try to go to England and work in a full-time job there?
For your current position I received the knight of swords. There seems to be a certain/drive conviction that action is needed right now & in this moment. You want to get somewhere & you want it now. You are doing this in a rather impulsive way though. It’s not that well thought through.
In the (rather recent) past this started as an idea that would possibly solve all! And you have gotten driven and convinced about this idea being the solution you are looking for (and given you that direction that you want so much. Please realise that it is a direction you are graving, not the particular work you are supposed to be doing). To sum it up: It’s like you got this idea in ‘a that’s it, that could be a solution’-kind of way and then got fixed on it.

I also feel that you are in an extreme hurry. Things are not evolving quick enough for you and now you want to make a wild move to get (make!) things moving. You are just not sure where everything is going at the moment and you are unsure if you invested in the right direction. It feels like you have the feeling you just cannot wait any longer.

For the potency of this idea (going to England and work in this job) I do feel that if you want this, it can absolutely be done. You will get there and probably work in a job that will enable you to live well on a material level (house, well fed, clothes, etc). (If you do want to pursuit this plan, the cards advice you for alteration so your creativity will find a way out of you also).

However, if I look into the future position in regards to this question I see the 5 of pentacles. You will not feel happy with this decision. You are going to feel you left out an important part of yourself and will experience ‘poverty’ on the personal needs/well-being level.
I do feel greatly that this plan only comes from a need to supply yourself on a material level and having a goal/direction. It emerged from a feeling of 'non balance'. There are basically no loving feelings involved in this idea at all. Perhaps just the thought of England that suits you on some level, but that seems to be it.

Overall impression: If you want to pursuit this path, there is absolutely no doubt in my mind you would be able to manifest it. However, you will be locking an important part of yourself out which will make you unhappy. There is this distinct feeling that you currently feel very undirected in life and just don’t know where you should be going. That’s the core of this situation and your current plans.

For the arts: It is a misconception to think you will be able to dismiss them and ‘kill the artist’ in you for I saw this is part of who you are. This doesn’t mean you will be full-time busy with being an artist, but it is something that belongs to your basic way of expression. It will show up in your life on and of, because it truly expresses your core being. So even if you would decide: no! I will not do it anymore it will always come back to you.

Now there also seems to be a ‘secret option’ 3: the cards try to point out that the decisions you are playing with are not either/or situations. I see a possible mixture of the two, but you seem unwilling to take (or look) at that option. It will be able to offer you more stability/worldly goods though, but it (for now) isn’t exactly what you envision for yourself (on an emotional fulfilling level). Does this make sense to you/ring a bell?
You are still rather young, right? So don’t worry too much and realise there really isn’t much pressure to know everything in the here and now straight away. You don’t necessarily have to put out lights around the path (like airplanes when they are landing – if this makes sense) to know exactly where you are going, because where would the adventure be in that? Perhaps if you realise that, it will give you some peace of mind.

Let's see how this works out I'm still expecting they might add some on top (because of the queen of pents - she is content financially), just not the whole 9 yards. If not, I'll seriously re-study your cards
