Indeed. When someone's personal planet aspects your pluto, they become obsessed with you, especially a conjunction.------------------

it is, its great passion and its charged, but Pluto on its on can bring obsession, so you have to look at other things, and see his chart as well, and if he has any obsessive tendencies to begin with.
How are his Mars and Pluto in his natal chart?

so in sun square pluto, sun is obsessed with pluto but pluto is not obsessed with sun?

M's Sun squares my Pluto (41 second and applying). Yes, in my case he's the obsessed one, not me.His Pluto doesn't aspect my Sun only sextiles my Mars. My pluto aspects his Sun, Venus, Mars IP: Logged |

I had my mercury and mars conjunct with his pluto. This was The One for me (or at that time). Took me years to let go and we always used to get back together (on-of relationship). I think I was more obsessed with him then he with me. Even though he could not quite let me go also.
I don't have his correct birth time, but that doesn't matter for Pluto right?

Correct,you can tell just by the date ( no time needed) you were drawn to him/his Pluto, and could not let go easily. Pluto's energy is the strongest one of all planets, and Pluto contacts are not light and airy..
