This women who is on her way out, keeps trying to trip me up. I actaully had a "moment" with our Director about this issue. The women first tried to make it out as if I was coming/going early/late and failed to say it was so that I didn't go past over time. My director always defends her.

clearly , this woman is making your life hard by doing you wrong behind your back. some words have been exchanged about you that you are not aware of that doesn't seem to be very good . she clearly doesn't seem to her good intentions for you .

you are going to experience the same attitude from these people at work place and might feel underestimated and not acknowledged for your skills. but you are advised to keep going, just choose your words wisely, be more diplomatic and taking best attitudes and holding them close to you than sharing with other people until the right time . and right time is coming for you . you just have to hang in there for a while before a better opportunity for you arises in terms of work . it might come from a woman and might also require you to travel . but it has promise to turn out to be good and better in many ways than this current one. but for the time being just hang in there with the attitude as advised in the reading and you will be in a better place after a while.
