As I was shuffling I heard, "Queen of Cups" and it's the base card. So, I believe this is the other woman, but it's also the Queen of Cups that came up from Lisas' reading when I asked about stable romantic love coming into my life within the next 3 months (I asked back in May -- she got Queen of Cups and True Love, then for another one after I asked what's the most important thing coming up in my love life, and she got Hierophant and Religious Factors)

I'll add a brief description of each card (I'm using Book of Shadows Vol 2)

Foundation - Queen of Wands: A lady with red hair with a friend in the middle of the woods. There is a fire burning, the lady with red hair is holding her friend's arm back - she wanted to 'reach' into the fire.

Recent Past - Ace of Wands: A hand is seen lightning up a candle. 5 Candles were already lit.

Current state of relationship - 8 of Wands: A girl with long black hair with her eyes closed raising her hands up in the air. Whirlwind forms above her head, but it's kept under control by her (she is causing it).

Obstacle we both face - 10 of Wands rx: A tired lady coming home from work late at night. She brings work back home. She looks very tired.

His Views - Moon rx: There is a white wolf on a rock, a lady with red hair (looks like a mermaid) inside the water. A red crab is also on a rock nearby. The moon is full and beautiful.

My Views - Ace of Pentacles: A hand is seen picking up a rock from the ground while three small elves are holding a rock each, they are tiny elves. The rocks look like boulders next to them.

His Expectations - Death rx: There is a lady with a red shirt on and with a sad/worried look on her face. There is another lady putting a "FOR SALE" sign in front of their house. There are two children also wearing a red shirt in the background standing by the door of the house. They are just watching. Her husband is also wearing a red shirt, he's in the driveway packing up things inside their red van.

My Expectations - Hierophant: Two ladies inside a convenience store. The lady who comes in to buy has a list. She is showing the other lady, while the cashier lady is pointing to a product on the shelf.

Best Outcome - Temperance rx: A couple is having a dinner date. They have a lot of food on the table, and there is wine for two. The lady is pouring wine inside the man's cup. Looks like a romantic dinner.

Of course I couldn't restrain myself for having a quick glimpse... And now I need to reply, lol.
It's just my first impressions for now. I'll try to have a closer look later, so also take what I write down with a pinch of salt.

What I noticed most was your outcome card: temperance RX which I see as the realisation that both of you are actually very different people for whom it will be hard to get things on the same level. Realising this and being okay with that, may be very helpful, because there will be no pushing & pulling at the other for 'change'.
It looks like you want the more traditional approach (hierophant) & your ex doesn't feel the need for change (or is just not capable of it/doesn't see it this way (Death RX + moon RX))--> which underlines your outcome.

Also the obstacle would be that is has become too much of a burden. So if you want to move forward it really needs to be a start with a 'clean plate' and/or this card points out you both have difficulties moving on/letting go.

So basically the most important thing you should know is the (permanent) different approach in life you both have. It is very difficult to 'mend' or 'match' this, because your views of the world are so different.

Funny thing I forgot to add about the Moon is that I frequently used to get that card last year when I asked how he felt about me (after our break up - along with other cards, of course). His Sagittarius Moon is conjunct my Uranus in our synastry (it's the most exact aspect, well the one that stands out the most to ME since I'm Aquarius rising). So I think it's relevant that he probably feels there is something crazy about our relationship

And yes, in the beginning I felt his constant affection too much. I became aloof and withdrawn..didn't give him the warmth he wanted/needed

Foundation - Queen of Wands: The foundation seems to be passionate, and there is still a possibility of a 'spark' to develop between us. It seems that I might be the more driven one of the two. A bit difficult to interpret a court card for a 'foundation'. "Encourages expression of passion within a safe environment"

Recent Past - Ace of Wands: We recently came 'back together' in the sense that we tried being a couple again (at least he was acting like we were, and I went along with it). There was a spark, a new beginning that rose out of nowhere. With it being Wands, it was mostly passionate and quick. There is a chance that it might die just as quick. I was acting more energetic and outgoing with him this time around.

Current state of relationship - 8 of Wands: We are starting to communicate more, and there is a connection in the communication department. He is starting to finally speak up..before I was the one initiating the communication between us (when we were in a relationship). It was difficult because he isn't one to communicate and express what he is truly feeling - he kind of kept everything bottled up. I finally know how he felt once he came back and just opened up to me about our relationship. It finally made me understand where he was coming from.

Obstacle we both face - 10 of Wands: Stress, burden, too much work, we are about ready to just give up.

His Views - Moon rx: He's extremely confused, bewildered (I always get this card when I ask about his feelings. His Sagittarius Moon conjuncts my Sag Uranus, which is my rising sign). "Being purposefully deceived"

My Views - Ace of Pentacles: I want to begin a new solid beginning w. him, to continue where we last left off. This might also represent the promise ring he gave to me 3 Christmas' ago.

His Expectations - Death rx: He wants to let go of the past, and begin something new - elsewhere.

My Expectations - Hierophant: I just want commitment, marriage, etc

I agree mostly with your interpretation.
The ace of wands in the recent past is Obvious. Sparked again, but I cannot help but feeling a fleeting quality to this, because of the other cards.
I have seen the 8 of wands come up as seeing things in perspective/seeing the big picture, but also: distance. So basically the wands from the viewpoint in the sky (some detachement).

The Queen of Wands is showing there is still a lot of warmth, love and mutual respect for each other (and some hotness, lol)

The outcome card between the two of you stands out so much, because it comes up where it seems impossible to match the substances.

If I take in my own reading with the new cards. It did show the past connection with the two of you (Devil in the far past), but in present the possibility to really free yourself and open up to a new love.
I think your ex J. was the king of wands. If representative of you I would still advice to have a good look to get a clear picture of what is going on.
That will set you free & into a new and loving relationship.

That's my take so far As usual, discard all that doesn't match.
