I mean, I'm no expert, but it could maybe be done with the right planning. I mean, the elements are all there... how were you thinking of doing the spread? This sounds fairly interesting.IP: Logged |

I'm like a super noob at tarot I think lol But the app I use has a one card, three card, relationship, and a celtic cross spread. I asked "what will my love life be like this year" and I got king of cups so I know this guy with koc traits will be entering my life soon (also based off of previous readings I've had from others), I just wonder if I can get a accurate glimpse on this guys sun sign or placements p: . What spread would you recommend? And how exactly would you phrase the question? IP: Logged |

Lol, I read 'sun shine'.. (It is raining here at the moment). I think you can, but it's hard to get it 100% accurate. Use the Crowley astrological correspondences for the cards IP: Logged |

It's been raining here all week too lol & how do you find the astrological correspondences? Is there a way to any way to find anything like physical traits too, or no? IP: Logged |

Might very well be your man is in the marines Just google on Crowley and astrological correspondences. And ask your cards: what is the sun sign of... Etc. then look up the correspondence of the card IP: Logged |

Yeah, I think this is the best way. I've always just asked for personality based questions about people, and then looked at the # of elements cards that pop up. For instance, I got King of Wands and 8 of Pents forever ever when it came to a guy who was going to offer me a job position... and my boss turned out to be a Taurus with a Leo moon sign. He's kind of a ball buster lol.

I've been messing with them ever since I was in my teens, but I got serious and actually tried to learn about them about six years ago. I'm far, far from professional, from anything other than just a hobbyist... but I've had a lot of luck with accuracy and predictions reading for friends and things like that on the interwebs. I'm just now trying my hand at Lenormand, which is crazy. I like the deck though. You?IP: Logged |

I pretty much just started,I've been using this app called galaxy tarot on my phone off and on for a while- I think it uses rider waite. I was kind of hesitant to ask questions or get involved (mom is ok with astrology but not fond of tarot/psychic stuff) but it's been accurate for the most part from what I've seen. If I buy cards it'll probably be once I move out and am living at my college this fall.IP: Logged |

You should definitely get a tangible deck. I was a little hesitant at first; I grew up in the deep South, and my parents were extremely religious. When they got divorced, my mom sort of came to a much more solid middle ground on spirituality and the mystical. "Find your own way," was how she talked to me about it, and I did. I think that's important, to establish your own feelings on the spiritual early on, before you read for yourself or anybody. It gives you a backbone and some serious confidence, which is important, because I have had some weird things happen to me. Of course, this was only when I was an idiot and tried to talk to something/someone I felt around me or would read when I was feeling angry or unhappy... I think the important thing to remember is when you read, you ARE connecting with something you can't see. You need to be respectful and firm; only read when you're feeling good and make clear you only want a friendly spirit guide. Someone who is helping you, never trying to scare you. That said, the relationship I've built with my deck over the years is great. My cards are extremely sassy If I ask a stupid question, they give me a pointed, smartass answer. If I ask something too many times, they tell me to move on. I tend to use my cards for more understanding a situation than for fortune-telling. I can safely say my cards have never given me bad advice. If anything, they've helped me quite a lot. It's a really rewarding experience, and it helps grow your awareness in many different walks of life, but it isn't a game by any means. Respect it, and it'll respect you back I love mine, and I'm excited for you to get yours!!! IP: Logged |

Thank you @becca I think I should work on my spiritual beliefs too before I start I don't know how I'd react if something really odd happened right now o.o IP: Logged |

I had a quick peak in my cards for his physique and how to recognise him, BUT it was with my new deck & I didn't look at it very seriously. So take with a pinch of salt It looked as a physically fit man, 'soldier' type & as an extra another card showed with water in back and a sort of uniform... This in combination with your king of cups made me think of the marines

Lol! So agreed! I like to use them this way too! And I also adore my RW. They are extremely smart-ass, lol. However also extremely patient with me... "Sigh! She asked again. She is not the smartest at times. Here we go again. No, honey, we told you, it is NOT a good idea! And by the way, asking about this person is NOT ethical and you are NOT allowed to see it, now start doing something useful, etc." Funniest one recently was when I had a fire in the bathroom and asked what happened. Answer: it was dark, you lit a candle. (Hermit). IP: Logged |
