Yes, I see you securing a job in or less than 6 weeks. You may be presented with some choices/evaluating some job offers which you'll have to make a call. I do see in one of your job positions, a bond being indicated, say a bond for a particular time period. I did see travel being indicated, but am not sure you will be choosing that particular opening. And I feel it would be a new place for you, not a place you were previously employed.

Took a look at the cards again with the information you have given now. So, your abroad opportunity is linked with your prior employer. Is someone helping with you with this at your previous place/some job agency or you are "desparate" to leave this place and go there for personal reasons? I ask this because you say your efforts are being directed towards making necessary preparation for travelling. So, the bond which I saw, might also have indicated with your mental tie-up with an opportunity abroad (as I saw this in conjunction with the opportunity abroad).

The one which you would be getting at your current place will have opportunities for you to give your contribution, show your individuality and I suppose it would give you work satisfaction. Whereas, the one abroad will require you co-ordinate with other people and get the tasks done, a little less opportunity to show your individuality. And I don't see an immediate opportunity abroad, may be you will have to wait for sometime before you see some light. I better suggest that, you make use of the opportunity that you get in the near future and when things pan out in the way you wish, you can make a move, if at all it doesn't interfere much with your personal reasons for now.

Ok, with this information, I saw something being authoratative and having a voice at work when you opt for a job at your current place. If your personal problems have got to do with more of mind thing, I think overcoming it and considering a work at your current place "for now" will show you a way. I may be wrong, but I don't see an opportunity abroad in the near future for you.
Going with your project management options, I would also suggest you a business opportunity, say something like event management, wedding planning, etc or something more in connection to your prior job experience with a joint partnership. I say this because I saw some business related cards. You are free to disregard this if this doesn't really match your interests or possibilities I already saw you asking for a 2nd opinion on another thread.
