This reading feels heavy in some ways, so I think it definitely has some advice for you.

10 of Swords often shows backstabbing for me in friendships, so I think the card says to release the bad feelings that those envious people left in you.
You're over the worst, it's already dawning on the card. You finally realized that something isn't right, so now you can start working on things.

I pulled Death as an obstacle. I have the sense that you're repeating some kind of pattern attached to friendships. The obstacle might be releasing this pattern completely in order to attract better people into your life.
Maybe you're not in the right place where you're looking for friends, so this could be an advice as well - to try to meet people in other *new* places and completely forget the ones where you meet those envious women. Perhaps, it suggests a brand new environment.

10 of Wands as a 'solution' - It might be a lot of work until you'll start to attract the right women into your life. I think it definitely requires inner work, too. You'll have to get rid of everything that makes you stuck in a rut.
I get the feeling that you'll need some "me-time" to sort things out and to make sure what qualities you are looking for in a true friend.

Well, I think maybe Death can indicate it. (And the other cards, too, because 10s are sometimes about culmination and endings.) It's about transition. You have to close a chapter, but as soon as you do it a new one begins.

And there was the Wheel of Fortune in the first part of the reading, so moving could be a possibility.

Queen of Pentacles can also show someone who's quite comfortable where she/he is. Pentacles like stability and security, sometimes too much.
