Hey everyone ,

I asked a relationship question about an ex.
Do these cards indicate I'm being too defensive?

The Emperor
Two Of Swords
Four Of Pentacles

So for me the middle card is always the anchor, with the influence fading away on the left and the one coming more into prominence on the right. So it seems like there was a/o is a real dedication to the rules. Like, things have to be this way. A real sort of ultimatum type relationship. Someone had the power and used it over the other. The 2 of Swords shows stress and pain, the inability to make a decision, but here, I think the decision is one that doesn't WANT to be made. The 4 of Pentacles is about clinging to security and the familiar.

Seems to me that your trust issues are the sign you should move on, because you'll only hold tighter and tighter in the coming months, and he'll only squirm more and more to avoid it. Sorry

Thank you

It makes sense. He did have all the power. It's just so frustrating when you just want the truth and all you get is lies.

Oh, I know. But sometimes, the answers aren't even worth it, and if he was being drama, you need to kick him hard like whoa. If you want, tomorrow I can do a reading for you? On steps to take or whatever you'd like?

I know, all the signs were there. But I have been holding on.He's the only guy I've ever had feelings for,and I'm in my mid 20's already.

Thanks for helping me and offering to give me a reading, but I don't have anymore questions.

No problem! If it makes you feel better, I'm staring down the barrel of 27 in a few weeks, and I've been single for almost 3 years. It actually kind of gets awesome. Best of luck to you though, and if I can ever help, just lemme know
