Hey Sid,
This is not the best question to ask the cards, cause I'm assuming there is noone in your life yet, right?
Think the best way to read this message is on the symbolic level: the time has not come yet. Once you will find your place into the world more, this man will come into your life.
Again, no fan of reading the cards this way. It assumes future events are written in stone which to me they aren't. So I wouldn't take it too serious, except the fact the cards are saying 'not yet'.
Cards also have 'timing'. 2 of wands officially relate to spring time.

Thank you so much for helping Twirl. But the real meaning of my question is that i have applied for a divorce from my husband and the case is proceeding. My husband never appeared in court since 8 months and he is been in hiding. So i asked a question to the tarot that when will he come. Sorry i didnt explain it properly in my previous post. So now can you interpret the card relating to my situation. your help is much appreciated.Thank you.

Wow. Okay. I do hope it will get sorted soon for you.
Looking at the traditional timing (astrological correspondence) might be able to help you. The two of wands traditionally relates to the beginning of spring (so in 2014).
But honestly, I'm not too sure how accurate you will be with a question like this.

Hey Sid, wow I must have missed this thread. Never saw it until now. Wth the 2 of Wands that you drew, I'm thinking it will be around "2" (2 days, weeks, or months). You can also apply Twirl's interpretation, but she's right it's difficult to do timing with Tarot. Wands are active though, so it seems like a 'fast action' card. I'm not 100% sure of ot, but I hope you're able to sort things out. Best of luck!, =)
