Does it mean anything?

For example my bf has his AC, IC, DC, MC, Sun and Pluto in 29 degrees. I have my Jupiter and groom in 29 degrees.

I have my Sun and Juno in 17 degrees. He has his moon in 17 degrees.

I have my nodes in 23 degrees and my Chiron. He has his Vesta and union in 23 degrees.

I see even more tallys when I look at say the composite or progressions.

And so on. I've seen some mathmatical equations for determining dates or marriage and things like that. I'm just wondering if these numbers have any other significance besides determining how close the aspects are. There's been some notes on zero and 29 for example too.

What do you guys think. Are they just random numbers?
