I did a 3 card reading on a future event I am going to attend. I pulled:
King of Swords - Knight of Cups - lovers Any ideas or thoughts how that experience will be like? I am always stumped if I pull too many court cards. lol IP: Logged |

I'm not sure also. Might actually be that you will not be able to attend it, because someone needs you elsewhere/asks you to be with them instead. I'm thinking something to do with medical attention/someone not feeling well.
King of swords = asking for a clean mind/detachement/stepping away from it, knight of cups (care and/or referring to the creative/artistic event) - Lovers (choosing what is most important). Again, I'm really not sure, because if it was really not happening some might show up reversed. When will you be going? And what was the exact question? "How will the event turn out?) IP: Logged |

yes I also thought some kind of choice might be involved (the lovers).However, I would never have had the idea about a medical emergency? That surprised me. Anyway, I don`t read reverssals, but even if i did, in this case no card came up reversed (they sometimes do if they fall out of my deck, and then I pay attention of course).
As for the exact question: "What is happening/ taking place on that event, especially regarding possibly meeting someone?"
It was a 3 card reading, and I generally have in mind that the middle card is the theme card, with the outer cards being clarifications (as to what is fading away: 1st card, and what it is heading into: 3rd card).
So in this sense, the Knight of Cups actually would be the main card, with the Knight of Swords being the fading away-card and the lovers the coming-into-being card.
Too complicated?

Yeah, I knew you asked something romance/love related. My view of things is that you will attend, but the person you have in mind is involved with someone else (or may be interested in someone else), but at the same time I also feel he is interested in you, just that he may be involved/interested in someone else as well.IP: Logged |

Aah okay. I think Empress her one makes most sense. Especially since it involves romance (and cour cards depicting that). However, I would never have had the idea about a medical emergency? That surprised me.
Medical emergency is too heavy put. I thought it maybe would be something minor to do with that (otherwise the 'choice' wouldn't be there).
I get this king related to medicine sometimes... (as a situation) But then again, as people, I see him in regards to (higher up) police men & soldiers. And also in relation to political figures/council members etc. I'm confusing you more, lol. Go with the other one. Love to hear how it does turn out for you though IP: Logged |

For my personal combination here (Air - Water - Air) the dictionary on this site sais this:

Twirl,  Seems I got to see my dentist tomorrow before going on that trip.
Though I am not even sure anymore that the filling in my tooth really is missing. The surface just feels strange. Anyway so yes I am going to see a doctor tomorrow about it.
