Great question, one needs to look at ascendant sign, first house and seventh house..planets in it and lords and their placements for both. Questions, Palputations (Gmail) Palputations quote:

Well aspected Neptune suggest such a union. But soulmates of this kind can be none sexual. They can, also, suggest your best friend and or worst enemy, simply because you know each other so well.
There may be an easier way to read and understand complicated Synastry pie chart aspects. Pie chart aspects can also be produced onto a basic Synastry Aspect Chart. Review the sample chart at your leisure. It may help you gain even more insight than you currently have.

is it okay if you help me with this person, I feel this is karmic, I feel towards this person something, and this relationship needs a lot of work although we rnt dating.
