One thing I notice is your moon at 29 Cancer. Some suggest this is the millionaire's degree- just something I read and you may want to look it up.

Another thing is Saturn in the 7th which could indicate you take relationships seriously, could have an older partner or perhaps one with saturn type qualities. I'm not sure how to interpret uranus tho besides maybe an unconventional arrangement or needing freedom in long term relationships.

Also your 7th house ruler is in house 11 and I have read that can be lucky marriage gains:

As the 7th lord is in the 10th, they will get a devoted and chaste partner who will be a friend philosopher and guide to them contributing immensely to their progress & advancement. You've got a sixth house stellium. You may be a health freak. The environment of your work-place could be very interesting. There may be power struggles in the workplace.

You may be intense especially in relationships. It may smother your partner. Superficial partners are not good for you.

You may be able to see through BS as well. People may find it hard to deceive you.

You may have lot of energy. Are you the kind of person who can't stay still without doing anything?

That 6th house stellium can make you Virgoish in nature atleast at work. It can give you little bit of problems in health as well. 6th house represents style and quality of your work and also your health. You must be pretty versatile at work.

Saturn is transiting your 6th house which is probably the most important house of your chart so it can make things harder. You may feel like someone is putting restrictions and limitations which makes you unable to express yourself fully. You've got Scorpio planets from beginning to the end so you will feel restrictions in lot of area. Saturn is all about reaping what you sow. Gemini asc with Chiron in first house: Though it is not shown in chart your asc forms quincunx with Neptune, Pluto and Venus. You will have to make adjustments in your image the other people see to show these sides of you. Other people may not immediately see these sides of you. You will have to make few adjustments during your whole life to show people these sides. The problem is that Gemini asc wants to be open, warm to people but the Scorpio planets wants to be secretive, wants to reveal things to only the people whom you've chosen through many tests. I've got this thing going in my chart as well. Chiron in first house indicates problems with self-image but people with Chiron in first house have lot of charisma. You can have a healing presence. People may easily tell you about their problems.

Your Moon square Pluto is pretty wide around the orb of 9 degrees. I am not sure whether you can feel it. astro.com uses the orb of 10 for squares whereas the other website may use 8 so it was not shown in that site. Moon square Pluto usually gives you intense emotions, problems with mother, you mother can be jealous of you and it can also create problems between you and other women. It also produces fear of intimacy, you may not like getting too close to people. Semisquare is a minor aspect, it does not have a major effect.
