My North Node in Picses in the 5th house, south node in Virgo in the 11th. It seems to go with a theme I've been on as of late, and what I've truly believed most of my life. To just go of control and go with the flow.

But while I have believed this most of my life, I've never been able to truly embrace  it. One of the reasons is that I have ALLOT of Virgo directly or heavily influenced in my chart: Moon, Jupiter, Uranus, and Pluto in Virgo conjunct the south node. Then Chiron, Venus and Saturn in the sixth house. My ruling planets are Pluto (which is in Virgo) and mercury ( which is in Gemini and the ruler of Virgo as well).

On top of that I have no support for my North node in pisces, in the fifth house.I have no other Pisces in my chart or even Leo. And 7 planets opposite or square Pisces (the four planets in Virgo I just mentioned, mercury and sun in Gemini, and mars in sag), and the three other planets in the sixth house enforcing the opposition.

Is this as difficult as it looks? Or is there something I'm missing?

Posted this about a week ago, and it's just come up again strong.

You were born just 2 days after a man that I have been pining over for 8 years. Of course he has most of the same placements, but his moon is in Leo. I don't know his exact time of birth, but when I first met him I swore he was a Scorpio! I have a lot of Scorpio in my chart, and I can pick up that vibe. So I'm pretty sure he is also a Scorpio rising, or possibly another water sign...I hope. You need a little water, or you'll die of thirst! I shouldn't talk, because I am a total earth void. All of my planets are in Libra, Scorpio, and Sagittarius. I definitely feel it. I'm very creative, but it's hard for me to translate my ideas into something solid. I'm too busy building castles in the sky to come down to earth!

In looking at his(and your) chart one of the first things that I noticed was that 5 of the planets were retrograde, and Jupiter was stationed direct. Only Venus and Saturn were moving forward. I'm new to astrology, but I think that is very rare to have so many planets retrograde at once. I'm curious as to how that plays out in someone's life. I think it would mean delays, or maybe cause a person to be a late bloomer in certain areas of life. I have read that you can gain a lot on insight from your progressed chart when you have retrograde planets. You can tell when, if ever, your planets will go direct, and what areas of life you might feel held back in.

This guy definitely has it together, and he accomplished a lot by the age of 30. He owns his own business, and takes a lot of pride in his work. He didn't get married until his mid 30's, to a woman 8 years his senior...a Scorpio. They don't have children, but I think he always really wanted to be a father. He is very close to his family and I think that not having kids is a huge regret in his life. With only Neptune in water, I think he believes that feelings are somehow wrong, or at least he has trouble understanding and expressing them. I get the feeling that you can relate. When he described himself as "very pragmatic" I felt my stomach sink. I paused for a moment...that word is not in my vocabulary. Ha ha, I know what it means, but I really expected him to be more fun than that. I feel like it's a good thing to be practical and responsible in certain areas, but to me that is not what life is about. I think his priorities in life are material and security based, but I believe he focuses on those aspects at the expense of truly being happy. Maybe there is sort of a feeling that if he pays his dues now, his ship will come in later. I think that his marriage is more of a business relationship, but I don't think he has ever really been in love. With a Gemini sun, Aries Venus, and Sagittarius Mars, he probably gets bored very quickly in relationships. Sound familiar? I think he gave up on trying to find the total package of intellectual, physical, emotional, and material compatibility, and he settled for building a practical life. I have read a lot about water voids, saying they are basically emotionless robots, but I think that is an unfair assessment. I think that lacking water just makes it harder for someone to really get in touch with their emotions. They try to rationalize and make sense of everything in their mind, and emotions can be pretty irrational at times. That can cause confusion about what you are feeling and why. This isn't always a bad thing, as emotions can make people do some pretty stupid things, so processing emotions before reacting can be beneficial. What's weird is that I always felt like he was in touch with his feminine side. I don't know if its the duality of Gemini/Mercury, or his Moon/Mars/Venus grand trine, or the fact that he has sisters, but there is just something very gentle about him, despite the lack of the feminine water energy. Whatever the cause, he just seems to be very balanced with feminine and masculine energy.

As far as trying to incorporate the North Node in Pisces...

With Scorpio rising, Pisces in your 5th house(creativity and fun), and Neptune in Scorpio in the 1st you should definitely have some type of creative outlet if you don't already. Maybe music, or maybe creative writing since you have so much Mercury in your chart. You don't have to be perfect(Virgo), you can do it just for fun. Also, writing might help get in touch with your feelings, if you have trouble expressing them. I'm curious if you have children, since the 5th house rules that area. Maybe you are like my friend here, and never had kids and feel like you are missing out on something. Or you never really embraced romantic love, because you feared dealing with those emotions. Maybe you were just too "pragmatic" to concern yourself with the pleasures in life.

All work and no play, makes Jack a dull boy. So I guess what I'm trying to say is go out and play!

I hope this offered some insight, and I'd like to know if you can relate to any of it.
