Sorry, the explanation is somewhat all over the place. Hope it's helpful.

Sun (Taurus) in the 10th house: Since the 10th house is the house of "Social Status", ruled by Saturn/Capricorn, I would say that your worldly ambitions are especially strong. You may find yourself only comfortable in a leadership position, and work very hard to achieve personal goals. The first thing I noticed about your chart was your moon in the 10th house conjunct the Taurus Midheaven. You have a strong desire to achieve, and you may find yourself in the "public eye" quite a bit, or at the very least noticed wherever you go. You care very much about your reputation, and because of this you may be quite cautious with your actions, and be self protective. A Taurus Midheaven also shows steadfastness in achieving goals. The Moon in the 10th house also provides good luck in fields related to catering to the public.

I also notice a strong plutonian theme to your chart, as your pluto aspects the sun, moon, mercury, mars AND venus!! You probably have an intense and charismatic nature, and with that 10th house moon, you probably attract people to you with your intensity. Having a Leo ascendants does not hurt as they always carry themselves well in public. Pisces sun and mercury in the 7th house adds sensitivity and the ability to be diplomatic / have harmonious relationships, making you a very likeable and a popular person. I can def resinate with your reading.
Definitely accurate in the Plutonic thing I have going. I am just learning to understand this side of myself, and I do seem to attract other plutonian people. (Both my ex husband of 10 years and new "crush" have Mars in Scorpio)

And I am just starting to go back to school for Dietetics! I hope to counsel parents of children (pediatrics) with nutrition.
