I am going to post some of this now, but I'm off to bed and will finish other aspects tomorrow.Sorry, the explanation is somewhat all over the place. Hope it's helpful.
Sun (Taurus) in the 10th house: Since the 10th house is the house of "Social Status", ruled by Saturn/Capricorn, I would say that your worldly ambitions are especially strong. You may find yourself only comfortable in a leadership position, and work very hard to achieve personal goals. You probably desire to be seen as successful to others, and a leader within any social circles. With Taurus being in this house, you can also relate it to the enduring kind of work ethic, maybe even to the point of staying at the office after hours to the point of being stubborn and a perfectionist. You may be viewed as responsible within your group of friends.
-I am sure you are aware of the general characteristics of the Taurus Sun sign, so I will skip over going into much depth there, if you don't mind-
Cancer ascendant: Gentle and cautioned approach. They are warm and can seem familiar. Care deeply about friends and family and those in their inner circle. Motherly.
You also have Mercury in Taurus in your 10th house: 10th house mercury placements can point to dealing with public communications (think: writers, journalists, news reporters). Mercury in Taurus can lend itself to strong wills when it comes to communicating their ideals (once they form one, which can take time, as you may find yourself slow to jump on a cause without thoroughly investigating and getting all of the facts.) and can be intellectually determined and focused.
Mercury sextile moon- Can easily talk about feelings. and express needs and desires verbally.
Moon in Pisces in the 9th house: You can be very emotionally absorbing, caring genuinely for the issues of most people you encounter. You can also be in what some would call a "dreamy" state at time, maybe envisioning your dream-like future or about someone special to you. You are a sucker for a sob story. Pisces (dreams-illusion) in the 9th house (travel and philosophy) can indicate an interest in occult or religious ideas of other cultures. You may enjoy learning about the "human experience" of others.
You also have Venus in Pisces in the 9th house: Venus in the 9th house can indicate attraction to someone that is from a different culture, or family upbringing. Also indicates a desire for someone who is fun and outgoing that can give you freedom. Venus in Pisces can indicate a "dream lover". You may have high ideals of your "perfect mate" and dream about them often. Your dreamy love nature could leave you outside of reality, so be sure to try to see your current love interest as who they really are and not your ideal. You can fall in love fast, or with the ideal of that person. Be cautious to not be taken advantage of in this way, becoming the martyr.
Mars is also in Pisces, in your 8th house. This position can make you some what plutonic, or scorpionic. You set your sights on what you want, and can be relentless, pursuing with every inch of your being to get it, and you usually do (whether in the long run it is what is right for you). It can be hard for you to let go of other people in love relationships, and you could be somewhat possessive, if you feel threatened especially. Mars in pisces suggests also that you could tend to put others needs before your own at times, and can take a more passive approach (or with the 8th house factoring, it may seem to others as passive, when there is really a master plan behind the intentions). You are very compassionate. If you are a female this could represent what you look for in a man.
Sun trine mars- lots of vitatlity and stores of energy. Can seem to be in love with life.
Mras conjunct moon- exciting emotional life.
Mars sextile Venus- Easy to attract. Charming people.
True node in Aquarius (7th house): You want to beat to your own drum in life, and like to be seen as something special. "You care deeply about humanity and humanitarian ideas, and you need to risk disapproval from others to develop a more satisfying feeling of self approval. Because you are blessed with a keen intellect and the ability to see things differently, you have a lot to offer the world."-http://northnodeastrology.blogspot.com/2008/02/aquarius-north-node.html With your NN in the 7th house, it suggests marriage or significant partnership is definitely in your life purpose. It may be delayed while you created your own person/developed a career, but will play a big part in your life purpose, and that social image referred to by your 10th house placements.
Mercury square NN (true node) could cause social awkwardness with words and self expression. People may view you as eccentric upon first meeting.
NN square pluto: could stand for social reform. Labeled as revolutionary mind.
Saturn in the 7th house:- The seventh house rules partnerships and marriages. That is, the seventh house reveals the way you relate to your closest friend/partner or enemy. Having Saturn placed here you may have fewer and more significant relationships. Relationships can tend to weigh you down and restrict, and you take choosing a mate seriously.
Saturn square Sun could indicate censoring of oneself for appearance.
Saturn trine Mercury could mean you make a loyal, dependable friend and like things to be in order. You mean what you say, and don't enjoy when people misuse their words.
Uranus and Neptune in the 6th house: Your Uranus here could cause "turnover" or boredom with your work or daily routines. You may push yourself to meet challenges out of boredom. Or may have odd daily habits/rituals. Neptune could coupled with uranus especially cause a day dreamer (or maybe visionary!) on the job.
