Okay, at first glance I noticed that the Ascendent in this chart is early, so the situation is still developing. The Moon is also Void of Course, which can mean "don't worry about it because nothing more is to come of the matter." I don't really feel like this is a good chart to be judged, but I will look at your aspects anyway.You are Venus placed in the 12th house of worry, sorrow, and hidden things.. but your co-ruler, the Moon, is placed in the 11th house, so this makes me feel like your focus is on friendship with this man. Are you currently out of contact? He is represented by Mars, and your main significators are both in the fall, and are separating from each other. Your co-significators are in better shape, but are still separating from each other. Since the aspects aren't hard ones, it doesn't look like there was a huge disagreement recently (could be wrong) or that at the very least, you parted on good terms. If I were to go by this chart alone, I would have to say the answer is 'no' for now.. but I think it might be best for you to ask again in a few weeks. Let me know if you have any questions!
