Well, let`s see.

How does a person present himself to you, symbolized by the DEATH-card? (Is he a SCorpio?)

Is this person at a crossroad in his life? He seems to be undergoing some very deep transformations.

As for you, he sees you as someone who is openminded, curious, spontaneous and willing and ready to embark on a new journey into "terra incognita".

Interestingly I find that these two cards work very complimentary. DEATH as a signal that for him a phase in his life is ending and meeting someone in you, who is practically the embodiment of the NEW.

As his feelings for you: Knight of Wands.
For the moment there is a very strong and may I mention HOT attraction.
He is probably very much attracted to you physically.
he also thinks you are really fun to be around.

However, as it is with the Knight of Wands, the fire burns brightly, but you never know for how long.
At this moment it seems like a passion that has just being sparked and is still in its initial stages, so noone can really say how long it is going to burn.

Yes, he's changing a lot with me from how he once was. I'm teaching him to be more patient and less aggressive/argumentative. Seems to be heeding the advice =) -- so I believe he's leaving all that negativity behind and oh yes, he just started attending the gym, so definitely he is going through a very deep transformation. No he isn't a scorpio.

He seems to be a hard working man, very down to earth, grounded and stable.

He also sees you as down - to earth-, grounded and stable, but also someone who likes to balance the give-and-take.
It`s actually a very harmonious, congruent image here.

3. How they feel about you as a whole.

LOVERS

I know there is controversion with this card, and others may disagree, but to me it has always signified RELATING and CONNECTION (which is not always the same as our romantic notion of love, though it is obviously a part of it).
I think he feels very connected and bonded to you.
HOWEVER, this card also tells me that a choice is needed.
He will have to consciously choose to acknowledge that bond he feels with you and decide FOR a relationship with you.
It is not simply a matter of the heart, after all the card is aligned with the mental Geminis.
The bond is in place, yes, but his mind has to agree with bringing it into manifestation.

But as this position was bout his feelings for you, Iīd say he feels bondedness as well, which is so serious, that it makes the question about choice (and comitment) come up as well, though this card doesn`t answer if he WILL choose comitment in th end.

Also get this one with him and Twirl pulled the same card for the first reading I asked of him. I have pulled this card as well and this is true. I'm very independent from him. The last time we saw each other was 3 weeks ago -- he really nags me about it -- so I can also see that he may like that I have my own business and just work for myself independently as well could be seen that way, too

Thanks Ceridwen, this was very accurate. I'm surprised - you have skills - it's me that is delaying things though. He really wants me to be with him, but I tell him that I just can't right now. He had to wait more than 6 months just so we can meet in real life

Yes, if a card comes up very frequently from different readers, I would take it very seriously as well.

Yes that was actually my INITIAL thought (note to myself: always go with the initial impressions. lol), that you were kind of sometimes turned away from him, looking at the horizon (not him), so I got the feeling that as much as he is attracted to you being your own person, independent, and so on, it also, well he might like to be more in the centre of your attention I guess.
