Here's my chart. I'm also a Myer Briggs INFP and an enneagram type 4.

The career paths I'm kindof interested in are: nutritionist, paralegal, or medical assistant.

You can succeed in anything you want, so don’t let astrology limit what you select, ok. That being said, I would stay away from the paralegal field or anything significantly business-like – your chart doesn’t show success in business or legal fields. You have an overwhelming amount of water in your chart, so you’re definitely more suited for career fields that will bring out your caring/empathetic nature. So, if you’re inclined towards medical fields and helping professions that is a better choice. You have your ASC in Pisces, so you’re going to come across to others as very caring/helpful, and that’s a great first impression to give when you’re dealing with people who are sick or in need. Paired with the sun/mercury in Cancer you’re going to be sensitive and kind, so that is typically associated with helping professions. Pick something that’ll offer you some growth (your Aries mars will pursue promotions eventually), and perhaps a field where some degree of research is involved. The 8th house, where your moon is located, is often associated with ‘darker’ matters, so you’d probably be okay working among people who are gravely ill too. I know you only gave 3 examples, but based on your chart I’d gravitate towards medical assisting or something similar to that.
