Hey Jenny,I can't do a card reading for you but I share something in common as I have a new position as well starting in a couple of weeks as an Executive Chef in a resort in our area. No, I am not nervous. I have a staff of 75 employess working under me. I tell the ones working with the public to smile.(sincerely)!, ask as many questions as necessary even if you think it is not relevant, be organized by watching more experiernced staffers and my own personal word of advise...give attention to both the female and male patrons not just the good looking males.
