Wow, just based on planets, yes. Lots of fixed scorpio planets. Venus in cap conjunct Saturn.

Let's see what others think..

Did I mention moon conjunct Jupiter in cancer?

Also keep in mind ..

(He is still young)

Would be very dramatic with all the Scorpio conjunct Pluto .. So on the good side it will feel like new

cheers, the only thing that sucks astro wise is venus conj uranus lol, but still astro aint always true
