Someone who is an introvert. This person's inner life is where his security lays. The outside world makes her/him - let's call this person "X" - tired and X feels his/her energies are being constantly world when. People know X as someone who constantly lives in other worlds, be them parallell or imagined and because X is more active in her/his world than in the 'real' one, the overall appearance the others get to see is the one of someone who seems sick 24/7.

Maybe X has really something that's taking a toll on him and spends a lot of time in other realms than 'reality'. Whatever that may be, this person is really imaginative and cares deeply about the ones dear to him/her. X is the epitome of "Still waters run deep".
