My cousin is almost a week overdue and should give birth anyday now. I'm a bit worried because she has serious back injuries from an accident and that will make giving birth difficult. Also,her boyfriend is a recovering heroin addict and she has had a very stressful pregnancy. I asked the tarot how her birth will go and I got the King of Cups. I take that as a good sign. Can anyone help interpret?

I think it will go well. The difficulty she will likely experience will be stemming from emotional stress/burdens rather than a physical injury/complication.
