I did that 'what if love' spread and guess what? I got some interesting cards for ya.

Ace of cups/3 of wands

One of you consider the other as their new love, someone with whom they can start a new relationship. While the other person feels that it's may not be a great idea, that there might be something better for them out there.

Ace of pents/strength

Upon knowing each other a little more, one of you is definitely feeling this is the right thing to do, a relationship that will bring them luck and good fortune. While the other person feels that this relationship is karmic.

The Hierophant/4 of pents

One of you is already relating to the other as the conventional partner while the other person feels suffocated/controlled already.

5 of cups/2 of swords

Hmm,this kinda sucks but neither one of you feels sexually attracted to each other nevertheless. It's more like wanting it to happen because one if feeling lonely while the other person doesn't want to face the fact that they don't want this relationship.

Yes, he feels that way towards me. It's really interesting because 1) I know that, 2) Fleur said the same thing as you just did.

And I think you've got my feelings right too. But now you may ask, why am I still in it? A damn good question, and that's what I am trying to figure out :-(

Right again. That's how he feels. And that's how I feel. I wasn't thinking in those terms but that's what it is, I feel the relationship is karmic. Like I need to work through because this is what I asked the universe and now this is my job to work this out..

But you may ask why am I not being true to my feelings? Good question .. I will try to respond ..

Yes, the relationship reminds me of the fears I used to have as a little girl of a controlling man who will try to control me ..

He isn't that way, at least he has the potential to not be that way, but he also has the potential to be that way, and he brings out my anxiety related to that fear..

Yes, I really do feel and know that we have come together to learn what we want from life and relationships. Before this I was so much happier alone, but this has helped me grow in terms of what I want in relationship ..

Every single reading that I've gotten regarding our relationship insists on it. Remember our reading Jess? Even that said to express my love and do it now

It's interesting because I have a lot of love for him, in a unconditional way, not in a romantic sense ..

But when I think about it, the relationship doesn't make any practical sense to me, and that ultimately makes me unhappy. And I miss the days when I was happier without it..

I so want to say to him that let's be friends forever and give each other over unconditional love and support, and just trust the universe to bring us our right partners ..

But when I get in that space, I feel unconditional love for him and I think he feels it too, and it goes into different domain.

However, when he expects that love from me in a romantic setting, my heart closes. It's just not kind of love where you want to make sacrifices for the other person, dream about a life with them (and he does with me), and your heart just wants to sing, hehe

And when I don't reciprocate his controlling/negative side emerges ..

Maybe something is wrong with me, aaaaah.

But when you're thinking about a relationship for life, it should never feel so wrong

I did this spread with my Visconti and they are 'in your face' kinda cards, I tried to give you a 'soft' interpretation lol.
