Okay, so since you asked three questions, I pulled one card for each one.

For your first questions, "does he miss me?" I pulled the Page of Wands. To me this represents a "yes" answer.. not sure if I need to go into more detail of the card itself, but I take this as a positive thing either way.
For your second question, "will he reach out to contact me?" I pulled 10 of cups. This is also a yes, and suggest positive developments coming your way soon. Maybe this means that he will contact you and you will be able to move forward together as a result..
For "is he still attracted to me?", I pulled 7 of wands. I know that this card can represent inner conflict, so perhaps he is still attracted to you but is struggling with it for some reason.. do you not fit his usual "type"? I'll admit I was a little thrown off to see this card come up as your answer, but maybe you have a better idea of the reason yourself..
Just to be safe, I pulled a clarifying card asking, "why would B not be attracted to VenusScorpio?" and I got the 9 of swords. This makes sense to me, as it could indicate that he is suffering from some kind of anxiety, or feeling powerless for some reason.. this would obviously affect intimate relationships as well, so I feel like he needs to move past whatever it is he is going through before he can really focus on building something with you. This card would call for him to face his problems, and to have a much needed heart to heart with you when he is ready.

10 of Pentacles - Looks like some long term investments are going to pay off - may not necessarily mean in regards to money, but you may have been working very hard to achieve something, you are definitely going to see the progress of your patience and work.

10 of cups - Looks like you are going to reach some bliss be very happy ...so you are either going to meet someone who is going to make you very happy and you are going to connect with or you are going to reach a really good point of happiness with someone you are already involved with.

Thanks for the reading! I haven't been having any real struggles lately, not in the past few months anyway.. I'm going through my first Saturn return though, so it's been kind of trying in general this past year..
my birthday is coming up, so maybe judgment could signify me realizing all I've learned from everything? That'd be an interesting way to look at it anyway..

As for the second card, I've been going through an application process for a good, well-paying job here since late May..so I think this could mean I'll be able to start that soon! It's definitely taken a lot of work and patience these past few months, so seeing it pay off would be great.

Sorry for the delay! It's been a busy night here.

Okay, here it is:
How does A feel about you? 9 of Wands
This to me says he has guarded feelings or is on guard towards you, like he's expecting the worst. Has he been defensive toward you at all? It seems to me that he is trying to guard his heart, likely due to not being able to let go of past negative experiences.. maybe he has had a tendency to give more than receive in the past, and he feels like he doesn't want to get locked into the same cycle again.

Why is he being so aloof lately? Queen of Swords
Okay, so I basically take this to mean that he is being aloof because (although he knows how he feels toward you) he may be having some trouble expressing it to you. This is the Queen associated with widows, divorce, loss.. the feelings might be there, but she protects her heart from experiencing more pain by keeping a cool head. Long story short, this card says he has some walls up.. not sure if he has always been aloof, but I think this card compared with the one before it makes perfect sense.. he doesn't seem comfortable with being vulnerable with you right now, for whatever reason.
