It is possible that the answer is a yes. But were you upset about something at the time? was your mind clear when asking?

What I would do is pull the angel cards again with same question ( make sure your mind is clear and you are calm) and pull tarot below the angel cards see if it gives a clearer picture it if is still suggesting that the person is then you have your answer.
