I have not been on the forum for awhile, and hope everyone on here is doing well =)

I'd like to ask if anyone is interested in a tarot reading exchange? If so, please post your question and I will answer this afternoon.

My question is how I will like my new work assignment? I've heard conflicting things, both positive and negative about my new boss and am a little nervous about it.

loads of discomfort is how it looks going to be very demanding, claim a lot of your time and effort, your health will be put to a massive test, most likely sleep deprivation and other forms of deprivation (drink smoothies. please drink them). this does seem to be a kick off for an important trajectory, which is why it will be important to pull this assignment off decently. apart from physical discomfort emotional complications will follow, an 8/9 swords kind of situation, potentially disagreements with other individuals involved, an unhealthy emotional atmosphere, not corrupt/rotten by nature, but simply a knot of irritability and pressure.

yet it doesn't look like you will fail to be on top or screw anything up. i would recommend some kind of preventive measures to cushion the negative impact on your personality and well-being

Also did a quick one. I'm getting that the job assignment in itself is actually quite enjoyable & a good chance to 'secure something', show your skills and build upon that/good start for future projects. So the actual work, the idea and what is is planned to become, you enjoy.

Now for the boss & the cooperation. I'm thinking he is a bit of work. He may be very good with analysing & logic, but unfortunately he has 'dictator skills' as well. Very cold & ruthless, altough he gets the job done. If you keep that in mind and try 'balancing around' this, I'll think you can manage. The boss just want things done a certain way & isn't open to much suggestion when not asked for it. His ego rules & he likes to show he's the sharpest knife in the universe
So much along the lines what andstuff said, but from a different angle So try working within his outlines and make him think it was all his idea when you want to alter something He is Berlusconi minus the 'charming mask'.

Will you love the job ? yes (the job in itself) but the potential conflicts could lead you to a lot of frustration (even to be ill). Is your new job in relation with justice in some way ? I pick up some vibe around it.

Concerning your boss, he is quite clever (more on the cuning side) with always his eyes on result. But if it's in his interest, he can slow down things for people. And again, I have justice/procedure/trial connected to him.
I would be careful with him. But if you are a good element for him, it will work for you (especially if you respect rules & protocole).
I feel like that if he embarrassed by something, he can put the blame on other people. So keep proof of your work.

But again, the work in itself will be good, it's the surroundings that are more challenging.

Please update me if you would like a reading from me. Yes, from all accounts it seems this new boss is very much to the book. I am a little hesitant to accept the position...I know in my heart that the actual work aspect will be more stressful than my current placement.

I'm not too worried about that, but am anxious about having a dictator boss in addition to the emotional drain (work will involve facing the worst of society). My oldest son has a mild autistic condition, and thus requires a lot of time/attention. I am wary that accepting this new position may upset the happy (but delicate), work/life/family balance currently in place.

Yes, the work would certainly involve justice/law as it is social work...Removing children from negligent/abusive situations. It makes sense that the emotional stress could bring me illness/anxiety...I am very much an empath and absorb negativity from my environment a lot /:

When I first applied, my understanding was that the work would revolve around documentation with more experienced staff doing the actual home removals...Now that I've been informed that I would do that aspect too, the decision is going to take a lot of deep thinking.

I did pull an extra advice card for you after you posted to meditate on it. The answer I received for you on the question: 'do you advice PF to take the job?" was the King of Pentacles Reversed. So the advice isagainst taking this position, even though I think you would enjoy the work in itself.

But then I really have half a mind to close down that factory, too scared of myself. First healing by touch, then involuntary magic, then god knows what, what if I go mad? I inherited susceptibility to schizophrenia as is. But then people say I helped them and I can feel they mean it. So I don't know. Weighing up different aspects

I am being commissioned to write a documentary film script soonish (fingers crossed) so that should keep my hands off everything but keyboard.

The cards are suggesting a lot of communication, and caution with investments. An opportunity for resource rewards is very strong, however it seems a few people around you are greedy and it would be wise to be cautious.

It feels like you have a lot of creativity, positive energy, and ideas. You have a lot of potential to succeed and create something very big, I'm feeling the arts and self employment inspiration. However, there is something hidden that is bringing about a burden (known or unknown), and this involves these people who are deceptive and do not have your best interests at heart.

Honestly, I am not sure if there negativity is intentional but it is draining away from your successes. It appears you will soon have a revelation as to what is holding you back, and bringing you to work harder than needed. Once you cut away the dead weight, things will look remarkably pristine.

Thank you ever so much for your reading! I do work in the creative/spiritual field (combining both disciplines) & I am self employed & I do always have to work harder than necessary income wise (didn't figure out why exactly, lol. Altough my chart doesn't seem to help & I really love what I do). Communication is also the related field. I'll be a bit careful with investing (can only invest little at a time).
I don't know about people around me being greedy/stopping this. Might be I should validate my time more. I over invest time which I don't charge for. I'm trying to be more consistent with this, but both creativity & personal well being feels like it should be freely available for all, so that's a bit of a (personal) challenge.
For the draining: could it be you possibly picked up on health/energy levels? That's a bit challenging for me & I'm having a major appointment in regards to that very soon.
