Venus is your chart ruler regardless because of your Libra Ascendant, but that doesn't always mean it's your dominant planet.
My chart ruler is the Sun because of my Leo Ascendant, but my dominant planets are Venus and Mercury.
But in your case, Venus is definitely your dominant planet and chart ruler
You have all 3; Sun, Moon and Ascendant there plus Mercury. So your main depositor and main planet in your chart is Venus in Scorpio. IP: Logged |

I still count up to at least 8 degrees for trines and at least 6 for squares.
Plus it's 6 degrees wide, not much of a difference. That aspects still counts regardless, but just weaker than a 5 degree trine. IP: Logged |

Perhaps 8 degrees is a little too much.
Maybe 6 then. and 6 for squares too.
But she still has it, but it's a weak trine. So you might as well not take it into consideration, but can't ignore it. IP: Logged |

I can feel my own aspects within 5 degrees.Wide orbs still count, maybe not 8 degrees but only counting tight orbs is ridiculous.
however the luminaries can pick up really wide orbs like 7-8degrees. IP: Logged |

My mom's best friend who is pretty much like an aunt to me doesn't forget anything and said that 8:30 is the correct time so I know if she says it right then it has to be. I won't officially know until I buy a birth certificate or something that includes the time. I'm just really confused because although I am extremely outgoing and bubbly I felt that that scorpio made the most sense to me. I know without a doubt that I have some really strong influence somewhere lol!
