I would say he/she needs to do some retreat right now, based on the Queen of wands, I would guess a woman who is anxious and ready to go out and get love, but needs to learn the lesson of the four of swords, retreat and take time for herself, in regards to two of pentacles, I believe she needs to balance her love life, and emotional life and decide which is more important right now.
