This is up until the end of 2013. It clearly shows a loving relationship having become stagnant. I think the Knight of Rods (wands) here is both advice and a warning. The passion has and will likely continue waning in your relationship unless you try to reignite it, or else you risk losing the interest of your partner (I think this goes for both of you). Do things together, like adventures. Something neither of you have ever tried before (of course ensuring that you're being healthy for you and the baby).

Go to maybe one of those theatre dinners where they make everyone be a part of the play, or try a foreign food neither of you has ever had before, go camping for a night or even mock camping and sleep in a tent in your backyard even if it's for a night. Ok so I drew the chariot, 9 of wands, and the world. I believe this semester will be very challenging for you, but the world is telling me that you're meant to take this challenge as a lesson. Again, I'm not that experienced so don't trust me 100 percent.
