I put all the things I thought could show karmic relationship... LOL.

It's a bit much with the asteroids, but I read Saturn-Neptune conjunction and Sun in the 12H was karmic so...

Think the orb may be too wide with karma asteroid there.
Are you on the outside or inside? The outside NN fallsin the 7th so that may give that karmic feel? Also the stuff going on in the 12th (his sun & moon there) can give you that feeling, because I think it may make you feel he totally grasps you.
I'm not sure if it actually is karmic though. Then again what is karmic? I'm sure you learn a great deal from this which makes it important.
Past life connections I would look at the nodes and DSC. So how big is the orb from your Venus to his DSC?
Also his Mars on top of your MC is interesting. No idea how to read that though, but freewheeling it makes me think of that he maybe help you forward with achieving your life goals. Something like that.
I really don't know much about astrology. Best wait till someone like Ceri or Hera steps in
