What do you mean by 'soul mates' ? Can you elaborate? Everyone's got different ideas. They'll use one term but mean another.

I don't think it's soulmates, but it's very nice synastry because of the house placements. you have reciprocal 5th/7th/8th house placements, which would give that sense you've found an ideal partner, someone with traits you desire. the house plcements give attraction, romance and a sense of partnership. you don't have any important personal planets conjunct though, so there will still be some difficulties in the relationship because of that, especially given the opposition of the mars signs. it looks nice though :-)
