I thought that initially becuz there are no conjunctions with either person, except the one with the sun to venus/mars in aries. if the planets aren't in conjunction you're going to be dealing with squares, oppositions, and ho-hum trines. the only thing the charts have in common is some 5th house stuff. sorry, just how I see it. there are some ok aspects but not enough to consider either good, imo. hopefully others will help you out :-)

sorry not terribly impressed either.

If I had to pick, probably case 2.
But not sure how much romantic potential there would be.

The Sun-MC and Moon/Saturn-ASC looks promising, but while being a strong link up, is not what romantic dreams are made up (especially since it emphasizes it the 3rd-9th house-axis through rulership).

Let`s hope the conjunction of Venus to Sun is too wide, otherwise we might be dealing with unrequited feelings in the first case.

Venus, as DESC ruler, conjunct Sun, as ASC-ruler.
