I'm wondering if my boyfriend and I will get this house we've been looking at, I understand Mars and Mercury make no aspect, but they are observing each other by mutual reception, can anyone help out? I'm not sure why you're looking at Mars, but I believe the ruler for the house would be Jupiter since the 4th is ruled by Sagittarius. In this case Mercury is trine Jupiter but it's a separating aspect which would lean more towards a "no"...IP: Logged |

I don't have too much experience with horary, but the 4th is ruled by Scorpio, so look at Pluto. I would say yes, since mercury & pluto are sextile. But not sure how to interpret mercury being retrograde...I think this may mean no or delay?The moon is nicely placed in 11th, hopes & dreams and jupiter is there too. Also, you have venus & part of fortune in 4th, describing the home. I think this means it will be a nice home for you. IP: Logged |

Not this one. But you'll get another. Mercury and Mars actually will be making an aspect. But I don't recommend this buy because Moon is VOC and Mercury is Rx. You will change your minds about the house, after you have the opportunity to get it.
