Hello, all!So I'm a junior in high school (young compared to many people here, but I've been studying astrology for 4 years now). There's this one guy that I've been attracted to since freshman year who I've recently been moved next to in history. He's friendly with a LOT of people, pretty girls included, despite having a relatively calm demeanor. I try to talk to him whenever appropriate, but he doesn't seem interested in me. At all. Our synastry includes all of these aspects. His planets are the first ones. I'm not 100% sure of his birthtime, but I am of mine. Moon Conjunction Sun Lilith Conjunction Venus Mars Conjunction AS Venus Conjunction Mars Sun Conjunction Moon Mars Square Pluto Sun Square Uranus Lilith Trine Saturn Venus Trine Uranus Venus Trine Neptune Venus Sextile Pluto Sun Sextile AS Mars Sextile Moon My personal placements are as follows: Sun Cancer Moon Libra Mercury Leo Venus Leo Mars Libra His personal placements are as follows: Sun Scorpio Moon Cancer Mercury Scorpio Venus Libra Mars Virgo That's probably the hottest synastry I've had in a while, to be honest. There's so many double whammies and intense planet connections. Now, maybe he has noticed me, but is too shy to say anything. He doesn't seem repulsed by me. But I'm wondering if there's anything funny about this synastry or my chart or his chart that anyone here can see. Thanks for the help! IP: Logged |

I find the magic of synastry happens after you know someone. It doesn't necessarily promise to bring two people together just because there's good aspects (not talking down to you, just saying.) IP: Logged |

Since you guys have squaring moons, moon square mars, Venus square mercury and mercury square mercury...I wouldn't say the synastry is that good imho? IP: Logged |

V sq. M and M sq. M is a challenge true, but squares also create energy between people and can bring them together easier than trines. IP: Logged |

But I've dated ppl that had squares to my personal planets, and despite having awesome synastry, the moon/ mercury square drove me up the wall. It's going to lead to many trivial fights over little things just cos both will not be in tune with the other.IP: Logged |

There has to be some sort of attraction (physically/emotionally/mentally) first before any of the synastry magic gets to work. The synastry basically tells you if the relationship will be easy or a challenge.IP: Logged |

Funny you should mention that. Because of my birth chart, we've been able to dodge all of those hard aspects. The planets in my chart simply aren't in the right degrees to make any of those nasty squares. We DO have the Sun Sq. Merc, Mars sq Pluto, and Moon Sq. Saturn, but all other possible squares aren't in the question. Regardless, There's so many other positive aspets in the synastry I've regretted to mention, like: Moon Conj. Sun Merc. Conj. Moon Sun Conj. Moon Venus Trine MC Lilith Trine Sat Jup. trine AC Merc. Sextile AC Sun Sextile AC Mars Sextile Moon There's no such thing as a perfect relationship, anyway, unless you're dating someone born on the exact same day as you (theoretically). Everyone has those nasty squares somewhere. IP: Logged |

But u dont know his birth time so you can't count the moon and angle aspects.Even if the squares arent in close orb, they still square by sign. Moon and mercury squares are just really hard to handle. I've dated three caps with cap mercuries...although our asc were compatible, venus and mars worked great together...The fact that all 3 had cap mercuries made things hard. I'm a Virgo with a fire asc and libra stellium.

Those positive aspects you mentioned are not strong enough to draw a person in with strong attraction. Also, if you have Moon square Mars and Pluto square Mars, that could end the ball game, even with stronger postive attraction aspects. Moon doesn't like Mars squaring it and I wouldn't recommend Pluto square Mars to any but the most mature of couples, and even then certain non-idealistic adjustments are often made to stay in the relationship, but not necessarily live under the same roof.I've seen Pluto square Mars aspects work in relationships, but the couples seem to really be busy with their own projects and definitely give each other more than the average amount of space. I have great synastries with guys I don't find attractive whatsoever. The synastry is like a map to see how easy/difficult a (romantic) relationship with that person would be IF there is an attraction. If not, it doesn't really matter how good, or bad the synastry is. At all..just saying.IP: Logged |

i agree with what many people have already mentioned to you. synastry is only triggered when there is attraction (from both people). and for men, that is usually physical attraction, so unless they really like you in many instances synastry never has a chance to even begin :-) it's awesome to study charts of yourself against others for learning, but don't fall into the trap of thinking that because you have a great chart with someone they will automatically fall for you. totally untrue! mutual attraction has to be in place.IP: Logged |

End the ball game? What do you mean? Could those aspects possibly turn someone off? IP: Logged |
