Did you both literally just have a discussion about something—like a serious sit down. Not a where is this relationship going discussion—but a discussion about “are you honest with your feelings for me” discussion. Is there someone who has their guard up and doesn't want to show any vulnerability?

Hi NoRain!

First—I have to ask? Was there a man involved? This is someone that you really respected and looked up to and had a great admiration for. Was this someone, however, that would not let you move forward with your plans or a certain idea you had in mind for your life? I feel that you are very talented yourself, and that you wanted to move forward with your ideas, and experienced disappointment because of this other person. Actually, did this person do something to your self-esteem? Regardless, you are a very charming, well-rounded and charismatic person!
As far as clearing it properly—YES! Now, here is the thing: whatever happened, you still feel sadness about, but that is ok! The point is, that your learned the lesson you were meant to learn (I feel like this was a lesson about your independence and believing in yourself. If you are in a place of doubt right now about the decision you made or if you really are capable—you are! You have everything that you need at the moment to help you move on from the effects of what happened before. I think the decision you made helped you to establish order and a sense of self-worth about yourself. There is a lot of passion and lust that goes on between you two! That is very exhilarating. Despite the fact that there are arguments, you feel like you are really, really connected. The arguments may start because one person is very sensitive and may sometimes questions how much they are really liked. The cards show that there is some indecision also, as if someone is a little unsure of things. For the future, I feel like there is going to need to be some balance between the space you guys share—are you with each other a lot? Do you do everything together? Yes, at first it was me keeping my feelings to myself, but now it's mostly the other way around. There has been breaks between us two (no actual break ups since we have never really had a relationship yet) & yes lots of misunderstandings & disappointments (constantly). You could say that there is another person - I still live with my ex, and he still mentions his ex, too at times. So, he has a reason to keep his guard up since I live with my ex still, which is kind of weird I suppose..

I hope so! Lol. He's someone that I feel very much attracted to. We make each other laugh a lot - we're always joking/flirting/laughing & we talk a lot about anything & everything. I feel very comfortable with him, and he makes me happy.

Yes, I really want to, but want to take it very slow at the same time. Yes, he could be quite selfish. And yes to both things..I'm very attracted to him..everything about him -blushes lol

This part is extremely true...this man isn't bad but yeah a lot of disappointments because of not understanding some of the 'basics' of life or other people's lives no matter what your relationship to them is. It always gets more complicated when it's sort of family and you are 'lumped' into a pile with people who aren't like you at all.
